Practical support through the integration of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), emotional regulation, and grounding tools to help individuals navigate major life changes and enhance emotional well-being.


Mindful Living Redefined
Our program was build on scientific research, combining insights from neuroscience, psychology, and counselling to offer evidence-based tools that improve mental wellbeing and performance.
It is not a talking therapy, but a structured program that combines MBCT, MBSR, emotional regulation, and grounding tools to support individuals in managing emotions and staying present during challenging times. The program is focused on action, mind training, and emotional grounding techniques, with a high emphasis on mindfulness practices.
This program is designed to support anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties in coping with major life changes. With regular practice the benefits may induce changes in the brain and may promote improved emotional regulation, increased resilience, greater self-awareness, and the ability to stay grounded and present during challenging times.
Founder
Kat has experience working with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and cPTSD. Further to that experience working with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Cognitive disabilities and have provided other supports through the NDIS. Kat has lived experience of grief, PTSD and recovery. She has focused past research on experience and it's impact on the brain, and has a calm non-judgemental and patient approach to her work.
